Scotscraig Controls was originally formed in 1983 by Scott Dunbar supplying instrumentation and sensors to industry. By 1999 Scotscraig Controls' business had evolved to the supply of POWER PROBLEM SOLUTIONS - whether it be power protection by UPS backup system, emergency power generator, CVT power conditioner, isolation transformer or transient surge suppressors, etc. and offers free UPS site surveys.

As an independent supplier, we also provide instrumentation for industry and water authorities with an emphasis on environmental products such as moisture measurement, particulate & smoke monitoring and open channel flow measurement.

Systems supplied and installed for open channel flow measurement of effluent and reservoir compensation flows may include measuring flumes or weirs and radio telemetry for the transfer of data to a SCADA system.
